onions,garlic,when u have an empty stomach,not drinking enough water,when u dont wash your tongue or mouth

The obvious answer is Onions and Garlic, no doubt. These are things you might eat everyday. I had a bad tooth that didn't hurt and it collected food in it that did not rinse out too easily and it gave me awful breath. If you're having a problem that could easily happen. Also, Coffee, cigarettes and some of the drugs like antibiotics.

garlic spicy and a bad tooth using mouth wash or chewing gum will take and clean the smell away

Onions will do it, garlic, most things will start to make you smell if you dont brush your teeth, but thats kind of gross.
