My spot is free! I didn't have to buy it because Jesus already did.
I'm not offended but too blessed to be stressed by nonsense of others.

Shalom

I understand what you are say and agree to an extent. However, understand that Jesus commanded us to tell others the Gospel message so that they can have a chance to go to heaven. It's not a matter of proving God exists (just look out your window or check out the pictures from hubble or something), rather, it's a matter of spreading the good news so that others may benefit also. I feel so strongly to tell others cuz I know deep in my heart that I don't deserve what was given me, but I got it. So, I desperately want others to have it too. Cuz maybe they don't think they deserve it either and won't even try.

i agree. the demons believe in God... and shudder. You must have a relationship with God and then it's not about just "buying" a spot in Heaven. You are happy to be in daily communion with Him.

Again agreeing with some others, as Christians we are called to make disciplines. Therefore, we want to tell the world about Christ so that they can know the joy of having a relationship with Him.

Hello. I believe in God. I don't believe in shoving Him down another's throat, however. Being a christian (here comes hate mail to me for that), I have also took time to study the Jewish Faith. Afterall, my faith has its origins there. As for others wanting to disprove a God, I can only say this is done because to live by a certain code,(which acknowledges a Supreme Being), is too difficult for those who wish to do only what they choose, regardless of any consequence. To live by God-pick whichever 'god' you want (I am also american-Freedom of Religion)- is to live a harder way of life. Forgiveness, Retribution, Kharma-all too much for someone who only wishes to get their kicks without having to think it affects those around them.
Not all atheists act this way, I know, but the ones who do are difficult to be social with(lack morality, perhaps).

Believing in God doesn't assure a spot in heaven. It doesn't even assure a spot on Earth. The Demons (fallen angels) believe there is one god. Yet, they were cast from heaven.

I know I try to convince others that God does exist because my heart aches to see so many people openly defy God. I wish that people would be saved and believe in Him.... So I try to do my part in making a difference in at least one person's life.

It's a debate. Just like debating anything else. This section is the religious section. That's what it is for. Debate. What's wrong with that? If you are tired of hearing about religion try another area.

I never try to prove that there is no god. I just try to prove that not believing in one is not the same as believing there isn't one, so they can stop calling Atheism a religion. I don't believe in unicorns, so A-unicornism isn't my religion either.
