I have many stories..I have encountered UFOs all of my life..over 30 years..they are real..they are not from earth..we..are very primitive...anyway here is one sighting from last summer..

I had been at the lake since Wednesday night, every night going out to the boat and laying on the front of it and looking at the stars. I would be out there by approx:10:30 p.m. It was on a Friday night. The sky was clear and there was no moon of course and laying on my back with my head on the boat windshield. My body was facing west as I happen to look out to the south west portion of the sky when a few moments later I became distracted by a light off to the west north west, when I turned to look directly at it.

I saw a white light, that was a elongated diamond shape. In comparison, the intensity was perhaps a third more bright than the light reflected off the space station. At first I thought a jet landing light which would be very bad since being in the middle of no-where. Then I thought maybe a helicopter, then suddenly the light increased in brightness. I thought maybe a meteorite burning up as it became even more bright, but it wasn't moving.
The light continued to increase in brightness to the point of causing me to squint as I continued to look at it. I then suddenly felt as if I was in a very bright spot light. The intensity took me totally off guard and it was a very, very bright white light. I could feel panic just beginning inside of me and instinct about to kick in. It was then that the light dimmed back to the original intensity and the elongated diamond shape clearly visible again. Still I was trying to figure out what it was I was looking at. It slowly began to move upward, but not for very long as it suddenly shot straight off into the sky upward.

I looked at my watch it said 12:07 (after midnight). The whole thing took place for approx: 45 seconds to a minute, then night was dark again. I laid there for another hour trying to make sense of what I saw. It wasn't one of the things you become accustomed to seeing in the night sky.

UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object. So technically, if you see something that flies and you cannot tell what it is (and it could be anything: even a flight of goose under the right illumination would be see as a tirangular shaped objets with "lights" -- just the reflective feathers of the bird -- at the edge, flying in silence) qualifies as UFO.

Lots of people immediately assume that if they don't know what it is, then it has to have little green men from a different planet on-board.

At any rate, UFO's is not science until some evidence is presented.

About 3 years ago, I was camping in Michigan. It was a clear warm summer night, so I just slept out under the stars. I was awake with my eyes closed, when suddenly something kind of told me to open my eyes and look up. Just then I saw a white circular object with a dark center zig-zag across the sky. I thought wow, a UFO. It was like they wanted me to see them or something.

Yes, when I was about 8 years old. I'm 44 now.

I was standing in our driveway, broad daylight. I saw an object that was 100% white and only about 3 feet wide, by 4 or 5 feet tall. It hovered above the driveway, about 20 feet from me. I heard no noises from it. It was a round ball with 3, tripod-like legs. I kept looking at it and just when I decided it wasn't "normal" and wanted to go get my mom or dad, I looked away and when I looked back. It was gone. Just like that.

I have no idea what it was. But I KNOW I saw it, and I will never forget it. I can still see it in my mind... like it was yesterday.

Yes i had a single sighting about 20 years ago. It was a triangular shaped object with red lights at each of the three points of the triangle. it moved silently, hovered and dissapeared after about 15 minutes. It was well reported at the time. The official explantion was that we saw a satellite.....quite possible.

UFO means unidentified flying object. Lots of people see objects in the sky that are "unidentifiable". Are you talking UFO's or flying saucers??
