You can line a regular pie pan with alumnium foil so that you can lift the whole pie out.

I have used disposable aluminum pans and cut away the edges after baked and fully cooled. The cheesecake slides right out.
I make cheesecake regularly. I only have one springform pan so when I need it for "a crowd", I make it in 2 9 inch aluminum cake pans so the edges are still straight up and down. Then cut away those edges after it is finished.

Use a 9" round Cake pan and line the bottom with wax paper (grease the whole thing first- then put the wax paper down on the grease) then when it's ready to come out of the pan, run a warm, wet knife around the edge and it will come out (may have to serve it upside down but put the cherries or what ever on top! or just cut it and serve it out of the pan! num num!!!

You could make TWO CHEESE PIES with standard pie pans. Those are NOT AS DEEP as cheesecake but taste just as good.

Pie Pan. Don't bake it as long since you won't be able to fit all the filling in.
