Although my former boyfriend and I broke up ten months ago, he keeps sending me e-mails. I really love my current boyfriend, and he always asks me if my ex boyfriend keeps writing me. My former boyfriend belongs to the past, but I know this is interfering with my relatioship.

well respond to the ex in regards to how you feel, if you wanan still be friends then thats good and fine and continue beign friends. If you don't want a friendship with him tell him that he bothers you and to stop sending messages. In regards to your current boyfriend, theres no reason to lie to them. If your friends with the guy say "yes he's my friend and we continue to talk" or if your not friends then say soemthing along the lines of "yes and he really needs to knock it off"

Yes. You should be honest with him now because if he some how finds out on his own then he'll think your hiding them because you still have feeling's for your ex-boyfriend.

if it could interfere with your new relationship then you should tell him to stop email you. There's no reason to talk to an ex unless there are still feelings involved from one of you so let it go and keep your new man happy

what you had with your ex is over with. id just tell him that you need to move on with your life and that means leaving him in the past. in my experience ,its better just to sever your ties here and now. your with a new guy that you like, and its making him uncomfortable that your ex is still emailing you, which is totally understandable. just tell ur ex that your moving on and wish him luck. thats all he can expect from you.
