I prefer melted cheese with ham and spicy brown mustard with pickle relish, lettuce and tomato on a hamburger bun.

Turkey Rueben.
Smoked turkey breast, cole slaw, swiss, all piled on rye and grilled-or broiled open faced...I put the dressing on the side...

Reubens are gross, I suggest you make it a Rachel by using turkey instead of corned beef, much better.
