Look to see if you have any new "Chuck E. Cheese" alternatives showing up around your area. We have a bunch that are like Jungle Gyms / Java houses here in Detroit. We actually have one that opened called Castaway Cafe that is pirate themed about half an hour away.
I would give a warning on the pool though. We have a five year old that was invited to a pool party and at that age all the parents needed to be in the pool.
My son's last part was a pirate party and you might want to try Oriental Trader for a bunch of bithday party favors.

if you want to have a ¨pirates theme¨ for the party, you can try having the celebration at a resort where they can feel being pirates, like having swimming pools and little boats with tiny flags everywhere. Serve barbeques and hotdogs too so they can also feel how pirates eat.
