Induced vomiting is an excellent way to eat the enamel off of your teeth. It is also an excellent way to ruin your esophagus and intestinal track.
But, it is not the way to lose weight. Get some exercise. Cut out sugar. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. Drink plenty of water.

Why would you want to become bulimic? Bulimia and anorexia may seem the most easy and effective way, if you will, when it comes to losing weight. However, they are both rather serious diseases that once you start are hard to break. Also there are huge potential health risks that go along with them as well. Puking after you eat will cause acid from you stomach to come up and will basically burn holes in your esophagus. Once the holes have reached a certain level they will eventually rip and you will bleed to death. You hardly ever hear about it but it does happen. Also being bulimic can cause you to have heart palpitations or even cause you to have heart failure or even a stroke/heart attack. The best way to lose weight is to maintain a healthy life style. Try to eat 6 small meals a day. Snacking isn't all that bad between meals try snacking on celery or carrot sticks, nuts, fruit, or even yogurt. Healthy snacks with low calories keep you full so you eat less during bigger meals. Remember to drink at least 8, 8 oz glasses of water daily. Water suppresses your appetite and cleans you out. Green tea is also great in aiding to weight loss. Also, remember to exercise. Exercise is not only fun and effective but it gives you endorphins which make you have a sunny disposition. Remember to always love yourself no matter what. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and once you accept your flaws others will too.

Sweetheart, puking is NOT the answer. If you want to take shortcuts, your'e never going to reach your ideal weight in a safe, healthy way. If you want to lose weight, patience is key. Find a sport or activity you enjoy doing that is also a good workout. And cut out grease and sugars from your diet. Bulimia will do a lot of damage to your body, just research it online. Your health and well being is wayyy more important than your outward appearance.

Seriously hun, the only effective way to loose weight is to go on a sensible diet!! Its trial and error to find the right one that suits your body but a healthy balanced diet you cnt really go wrong. Plenty of water and exercise helps get speed up your matabolism and burn off fat. The atkins works ok for me when i want 2 shed a few pounds but as i say its trial and error. You have just got to remember that a diet should not be a dangerous quick fix its a change of lifestyle and making yourself seriously ill is not an option!!!! Hope all goes well for you hun x

You should never do that!! If you want to lose weight, the best way is to eat 3 good meals a day (without snacks in between) and to excersise. A 30 minute walk or jog will be great. At first, you may not know, but your metabolism will get better and it will lead to getting a slim body!

I know that it is hard to be overweight with today's society.. but honey bulemia is not the answer. The acid from your stomach rising up to your throat will burn wholes in your esophagus and also will yellow/rot your teeth. Just try and slowly cut back your calories, and walk your dog, or jumprope or swim for just 30 minutes a day, or 3 times a week. The pounds will melt off of you!

You have a mental problem if you think throwing up your food is a good way to lose weight. You won't lose it if you go that route, beleive me! Get some counseling if you really think you are overweight. But chances are, your weight is just fine. If you truly are, then eat the right KINDS of foods and excercise, silly. No diet/low-fat foods, those are bad. Fruits, veggies, nuts, grains, limited meats.

There are no effective ways because even if it makes you puke the affects can be life threatening overtime. Talk with your physician and find the best and healthiest way to lose weight. It might be more difficult to take the right way but you'll be happier that you did.

I was overweight too,and I took some slimming pills,but that weight piled back on later. I have tried losing weight for so many years. Finally,I found a successful way to lose weight which is by meal replacement. It's fun,and the fat I lost made me change my pants size! Also,I lost the weight for good. Woo hoo!

I'm overweight too but I sure wouldn't think making myself sick was the answer or indeed think it was funny, some people have a illness that makes them believe they are fat and they make themselves sick to stay slim and it sure ain't funny for them, if you want to lose weight do it sensibly and stop the idiotic choice of words as there are some genuine people on here that find your stupid questions very offencive to the people who have got anorexia and bulimia, not big and not clever, so stop been silly.
