yes muslims believe moses(pbuh) was a prophet.
and they are Anti Israel because Israel occupied Arab land and killed hundreds of thousands of Arabs ever since they started their terrorist campaign against Arabs.
the people of Palestine were Arabs ( jews christians and muslims ) living in peace for thousands of years. all of a sudden a bunch of europeans come invade their land and terrorize them and drive them out of their homes into the deserts.
they killed many people and burned thier homes and built new homes for themselves. and then they created a country so now the occupation becomes official!!
the Israelis are the reason the arabs hate them. they stole thier homes, they treat them worse than animals, they kill their women and children even new born babies are not spared by the israeli bullets, they arrest their men and throw them in prisons for decades and torture them.
how would you want them to love Israel? Israel never offered them love.

Yes as muslims we believe that moses was a prophet of God sent to the Children of Isreal. But i dont quiet understand the connection you are making between belief in moses and the view that some muslims have toward Isreal as a state. Disliking the policies and actions undertaken by that countries leaders does not contradict belief in moses.

Well its true that moses pbuh was one of the most powerful messengers of Allah and we believe in his teachings but as far as israel goes thats another story and i dont have all the info, in general all i know is that the (Bani israel) children of israel over a period of time swayed away from religion and refused to submit to Allah.
You should consult someone with more knowledge on the topic.

Religiously we are very close the the Jews, we refer to believers as brothers and sisters in islam. Well the jews are considered cousins. Not as close, but still something. The hatred stems from culture, tradition and even politics. I guess it is becuase of the unethical state of isreal. Even in the torah it is stated that isreal is not "legal"

It all started over 3,000 years ago when Esau gave up his birthright to Jacob and hated Jacob because of it and because of Ismael who hated Isaac because Abraham choose Isaac as his favored son and future inheritance rather than Ismael.
