I'm female, 14-years-old, and I weigh 93 lbs. Am I underweight, normal, or overweight.
I often worry about becoming fat, or if I am fat. I had issues with this in the past and I stopped eating. I know it wasn't a healthy choice, but would it be healthy for me to go on a nutrion diet to lose weight now?

A frequently used guide to determine if someone is over or underweight is the Body Mass Index (BMI) scale. Your height and weight gives you a BMI of 18.16 which puts you as being slightly underweight (http://www.bmiscale.com).
However, these online results (there are many sites which calculate BMI) are only a guideline as there are many factors which can have a bearing - not least of which in your case is your age.
At 14 your body still has a lot of changes to go through and undoubtedly your BMI will change in time. As long as you're fit and healthy and eat well there's nothing you need to worry about.
If there is anything that's giving you cause for concern then you should consult a physician or suitable specialist such as a dietitian or pediatrician. Proper medical advice can only be given after a one to one consultation - please regard this answer and any other information you may obtain from the internet as being for general guidance only.

You sound perfectly normal and healthy. Don't freak out when you get older and weigh more than that though- 93 is underweight for women (and technically you're still a girl). It wouldn't be healthy for you to try to lose weight now. It would, however, be healthy for you to exercise at least 30 minutes a day 3 days a week (that's what the experts say, not that I follow the advice, lol) and choose healthy foods to eat. That's for everyone though. Don't worry about losing weight. You're fine. :)

If you're 5 feet and 93 lbs, you're a nomal weight, maybe leaning a little towards underweight. You can eat, just eat healthy and do something active every day. Don't loose any more weight, you're fine just the way you are

I would be uber-wary of eating disorders if I were you. You say you stopped eating? That's a sign of an eating disorder. And since you're unhappy with your weight now, your risk of developing one (if you don't already have one) is increased. I would go talk to your doctor. Eating disorders are serious, and they can kill.
