What are they like? How long do they last? How much do they approximately? Do they teach you a lot?

Golf schools are the best thing you can do for you game, but you need to be sure you select one that fits you and your budget. A 3-day class can range from approximately 350 (commuter) all the way up to $6000 (Butch Harmon).

You should first determine your budget and then start looking at those golf schools that appeal to you. Here's a great source for U.S Golf Schools http://www.us-golf-schools.com because they review the best golf schools in the country. They provide info on the type of class including the curriculum, the cost, lodging info, etc... Definitely check out the site.

You can even make a vacation out of going to a golf school since most of them are affiliated with resorts.

Thanks,
Don Smith

PS - Check out my golf blog "To Golf Or Not To Golf" http://tgontg.blogspot.com. I have some posts on golf schools that can probably help you out as well. Here's one of them http://tgontg.blogspot.com/2006/05/golf-schools-are-your-best-bet.html.

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.

You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net
