If you are out there looking for love then you probably wont find it.
But if you are concentrating on family, friends, job, hobbies etc then love will find you when you least expect. It will find you where you least expect it, and with who you least expect it.

love is in the mind, its not possible to love someone forever, and not possible to give someone your whole heart. if you believe something is true and real, it will be true and real. so stop telling yourself you're heartbroken, we all feel hurt, we all rise above, or fall below. its your choice. if you choose to fall below, you may as well commit suicide, because life down there is $hit. take it from someone who's been there, and then some! accept what is as what is, its done. you should always re-affirm yourself that you are perfect and whole, and you do not need someone else to "complete" you. even though there are so many things that say otherwise, you are perfect. hope i helped, good luck & god bless!

Love will find you. You are one of the lucky ones that has experienced love. Some people go a life time without ever feeling that special love.

I dated this one guy off and on from when we were in 5TH GRADE until I was a SENIOR in high school! We dated like 6 different times and every single time he either cheated on me or broke up with me and broke my heart and he did that 5 of the 6 times.. over and over. And I thought i loved him, but then I met the guy I am now engaged to, and he blew the other guy completely out of the picture. For the first tiem I broke up with him, becasue I realized I didn't love him as much as the other guy, and I should be with who makes me happiest. It takes a LOT of time to get over someone you loved, but it is possible, and you'll start to see that when you find another guy you fall in love with. Falling in love again is the best medicine for getting over someone who broke your heart.

The opportunities are endless. Even 95 year old widows and widowers get together!
Just find some group activities that you enjoy, and dive in. As long as you are busy being your genuine happy self, others will be interested. Nobody is going to come knocking on your door, if you just hide out wallowing in your misery!

If you open your heart, move on, and let love find you...then you will. Don't worry, time will take the heartbreak away, and eventually someone will take your love. Give it time, and be open...but do have standards, don't go for the first one just because they're asking. Get to know them, and become friends first. Take Care!
