I usually separate them and wash them off real good and as I am looking through them I toss the YUCKY ones in the trash.

Discard the really bad ones, and wash the others well before eating. No need to trash the whole box.

I only throw out the affected ones. The others I eat. They should still be good.

I only through out the molded fruit - BUT I place the non affected fruit in a fresh container, so the mold isn't as likely to spred to the good fruit.
