Go see a PG-13 movie at the theater without parents because you can legally do that now. I went to an R-rated movie on my seventeenth birthday for that reason. Go-carts, miniature golf, and batting cages is a lot of fun too, but it can get really expensive. Another thought, get bags that look like purses and fill them with candy to sneak into the theater.

If you were Jewish, you could have a Bar Mitzva. You have to learn to read Hebrew, but on the other hand you get lots of presents usually including some large checks from relatives.
