I would have to say Rahman for the simple fact that he is in way better shape this time around. Last time when Maskaev knocked Rahman out of the ring, it was before he knocked out Lennox Lewis and I just don't think he was very serious about training back then. Now, he is the only remaining American champion in the Heavyweight division, and I feel that he has something to prove. The fight will go the distance and Rahman will win by Unanimous decision.

Even though it was ruled a draw Rahman looked in great shape against James Toney and should have got the decision. Against Maskaev he was winning the fight before he got knocked out of the ring. I've only seen one boxer answer a 10 count after being knocked out of the ring so it was sort of a fluke but Oleg won regardless. This time Rahman is confident. He is a veteran and former champion who has beaten the best (Lennox Lewis) and once again has something to prove. I think he will step it up and go all out. After punishing the Russian for 6 rounds the Russian will start throwing haymakers trying for the knockout then in the 9th round Maskaev will get caught and Koed by Rahman. At the time of the knockout Rahman will have been ahead by at least 3 rounds, that is my prediction anyhow.

I think Oleg will win because he is stronger, and is just a better boxer. He will probably knock Rahman out again and prove to him that the only reason Rahman is so overrated, is because he beat Lennox Lewis. And the only reason he beat Lewis was because Lewis was being a little careless during the fight when he lowered his gloves, smiled and got knocked out.

they both suck. Rahman is extremely overrated. Oleg doesnt fight with any fire. who cares who wins . Is this the best the heavyweight division can do nowadays? NO! Promoters dont want unification because they are worried ther fighter wont be the last one standing and promoters now control the heavyweight division.

It all depends on which Rahman shows up t fight! If he comes in out of shape and unfocused he is in trouble.... In there first bought Rahman was young and relatively inexperienced and this led to his demise late in the fight. I think Rahman will win by 12 round split decision.
