I just found out that my dog has got an American express credit card, and he's been spending money all over town, (he owes $5,000) how should I punish him for doing this behind my back????

Don't punish your dog. Make him/her take half the stuff back and exchange it for stuff you want. I mean, if a credit card company is dumb enough to give a dog a card, then they deserve to be out of the money your dog spent and both of you deserve to enjoy their mistake. Of course, if your dog is capable of getting a card and spending that kind of money, you should be looking for ways to make more scratch off that kind of talent.

make him work for u. have him clean up ur **** and clean the house and fix any problems u have. and since he somehow got this credit card he most likley can talk so he should work as a telemarketer to pay u off

Nothing. An identity thief stole his ID. Turn it over to the police and FBI. They'll take care of the problem.
