There is no way to tell unless you acquire it full grown. It's not a regulated breed, so there is no breed standard that reputable breeders would shoot for. . A standard poodle can be 30" tall if it exceeds breed standards - that bred with a 22" Female from a 27" sire could mean the dog could reach 30" and beyond! Please see the information linked below
Most purebred dog clubs strictly prohibit the cross breeding of any two different breeds. So, right there your breeder is violating the ethics of the club and probably does not have top breeding stock. What other ethics are they ignoring??
Please visit the links I have given below. The first is about 'designer' breeds in general - things you need to know. The second is how to find a reputable breeder. The third is the Golden Retriever Offical Club's statement on 'designer' dogs. These are very imporant for you to read before taking a life into your hands. Good luck to you. : )

First off, I wouldn't support this "breed" unless you get it at a shelter. They are bred for the sole purpose of making money, and most of the people who breed them know little to nothing about dogs and their health, so it is likley to have a genetic disorder somewhere down the line. Also, anyone who advertizes a petite anything is trying to scam you out of your money, there's usually no such real thing. These dogs are usually just unhealthy runts.
There's no way of telling how big the dog will get, because there is no breed standard.

Hard to say, it is not a breed. It is a mutt with no standard. Not to mention no good breeder is producing mutts on purpose. Your guess would be as good as any one elses.
