Have you found peace? Are you on the right track? Do you perceive the world differently than before? Do you communicate with a deity or deities (prayers, etc)? Why do you think we find ourselves on this journey?

I think many of us know that there is more to life than meets the eye and search for the truth because we each are driven by the same spirit that God IS! This spirit strives to become one with its source.
In the past year I've changed from pretending as if I am subject to the rules of an outside reality without any choice as to what happens, to realizing that this 'reality' is only real to my mind, if I change my mind and my thoughts and my beliefs then anything can be real to me! Yes anything, even a million dollars appearing in front of me! This has become my main goal, to be able to manifest out of the infinite universal substance that our minds exist in. I've had many other smaller goals though that I have acheived such as manifesting an effortless income and quitting my job, and barely moving a couple items with my mind. Practice makes perfect though! :'D
I've also more fully realized that what this all really means is that God is the infinite light and love that makes up all consciousness, all thoughts, all things... and you can't be seperate from that no matter how hard you try! YOU ARE ONE WITH GOD NOW AND ALL IS AS IT SHOULD BE! Once you know this... your WHOLE word changes, you can't be hypnotized by the crud on TV, you cant judge others for their beliefs or actions for ALL IS GOD!
Of course all this is just one persons opinion, we each have to find the truth for ourselves!

Yes I have, Yes I am. Yes I do percieve the world differently since I found my proper spiritual path. I communicate daily with my diety, with words of thanks and to ask for guideance and to help those that need it, although it is not done through pray but by invocations. We find ourselves on a spiritual journey to find answers to questions that a mortal cannot answer. We look for validation of our existance. We need to know what is 'next'. Humans are a curious bunch, we will look for answers in many ways. For the believers it is through religion, for the non-believers it is through science.

As a youth, my mom was sick all the time, and in the hospital for literally YEARS!. When they released her, I was 12, and felt very adult like. So I did what I damd well wanted, as I got older, I become more and more self centered. About 8 years ago, I had a near death experience, and felt, saw, and other feelings that are wordless what life is all about. I am now walking a path of dahrma, and trying to dedicate my time to helping others. That is where I am today.

I am at the beginning. I always will be until the day I die. I have found peace, but it is an imperfect peace. The best way to describe it is the storm is coming, but it is not here yet. When it comes it will be beautiful.

PS prayer really works, even when it feels like it doesn't
