my son is starting table food and i dont know what to give him. hes 9 months old. help.

Try mashed potatoes with a little gravy and meatloaf... mashed up and feed him small bites and slowly.. He'll love it

dont give him any meats yet, start with things that are mushy, like bananas, melon, mash tators, green beans, peas, carrots, mac and cheese work your way up to meats. Its kinda like the baby food jars 1, 2 and 3, start out with table food the same way. 9 months is still a little young for alot of solid foods. Just make sure its things that dont need chewed up.

Anything that you are eating. Just be sure to give bite sized pieces and to not give too much at once. Don't give allergens like eggs, citrus, or peanut butter yet.

mince meat
shredded chicken
fruits
all the vegies
soup with bread cut into soldiers for dipping
soup with rice
pasta

i would give him what you eat... if it is roast then shred the meat and take his potatoes out earlier so they arent too crispi on the outside

this doesnt relate but wnt 2 know how to get a boy/girl? do it fast and hard, u get a boy. do it slow and relaxing, get a girl. lol it wrks 4 my cousin!

cherrios , fruit and veggies just be sure everything is small enough and sift enough for him to eat
