Have you ever heard of warfare, little one? Its in the Bible, too. I'm not making it up.

Well I'm not going to read the bible, but I totally agree with what you are saying. Why bother asking or answering questions if youre going to be an a$$hole? Seriously. What's the point?

The Bible tells believers to commit acts of conflict against everyone else. In Acts 3:23, Peter claims that Deuteronomy 18:18-19 refers to Jesus, saying that those who refuse to follow him (all non-Christians) must be killed. We have seen it happen throughout our world's history. With the fall of the Roman Empire, the librarian of Alexandria was pulled off her carriage and skinned alive. Literacy dropped. Even the Pope had to have the Bible read to him. In the first crusade, Christians killed tens of thousands of people they called "infidels". The Children's Crusade (1212) caused the deaths of nearly 50,000 children. Preachers sentenced to death and executed thousands during the Inquisition (1233-1834) for heresy and witchcraft. There were the the Salem witch trials (1692) in America. The 17th Century Thirty Years War (Catholics v. protestants) wiped out tens of millions in Europe. In the Taiping Rebellion in China in the 1850's a Christian cult started a war that resulted in the slaughter of twenty million people. In the Holocaust six million Jews were murdered. Muslims and Christians in Bosnia reached a death toll of over 250,000.
Do you really think that good people are going to be ok with the slaughters that Christian fundamentalists commit?

Are you advising everyone to read the Bible? Why should non-believers of Christianity read the Bible, just because you think it's the truth?

The Bible promotes violence towards people like me. I don't need to read it to be peaceful. Besides there is nothing wrong with a healthy debate.

The answer to why is why not and if you do not like the answer then don't ask the question. The inherent nature of any animal is survival and not peace and tranquillity. Humans are an interesting breed of animal, don't you think?

"if you have a question, then ask"
Ok, so what's yours? Doesn't the Bible say that you should follow the laws of the land? You're breaking the "laws" of Yahoo! Answers with this "question".
