A safe temp is usually between 350 and 375F for 45min at the least. After 45 min check to see if there is any pink with in the chicken and then continue to cook for another 15 to 20 min after wards. This recomendation is for completely raw and unfrozen chicken.

I concur with the rest, 350 degrees, you want to cook it slow so it cooks all the way through,bloody chicken is not good for you. If you put it in too hot an oven it will burn on the outside 'fore the center gets done.

325 to 350.If you cover it with foil for the first 20 minutes then uncover you will get rid of any blood near the bone.
