Don't use perming crap. It destroys the hair cuticle. Just get yourself some heat protectant and a hair straightener and do it properly. or you could get it done by this new way thats out on the market. Its really expensive though. About $2,500 but your hair stays straight for a year without any touch ups. But then again my normal response to anyone who wants to change their hair is do what you want with it. You have to live with the consequences not us.

buy a $60.00 straightner @ sallys beauty supply and the get up to 450 degrees i have hair just like yours and 60.00 dollars is cheap so run girl

go to a stylist and pay to have it done. the better the reputation for the stylist, the better off you are. don't mess around with over the counter stuff.

do not do any thing your self. find a good salon look in the phone book , then go check them out. see their work for your self.

how about.
you spray your hair with sertain sensitive stuff for heat and use a hair striaghtener.

I HAVE A FRIEND WHO LITERALLY IRONS HER HAIR ON AN IRONING BOARD WITH A CLOTHES IRON--MAYBE TRY THAT.
