i want to send something to my friend who's out in iraq. how do i do that? what stamps and stuff do i need? how much roughly will it be?

You're sending this from Israel? What army is your friend fighting with--US, British, other? You probably have to send it to an address in your friend's home country, which means it will travel from Israel to (say) the US, then back to Iraq--definitely the long way, but it can be done. All you need is the military address, then you send it exactly the same way you would send any international mail. If you were sending it from the US to a US soldier, it would be local mail instead. The military postal system takes over from there.

If its a BFPO number its normally uk prices however if they are just in iraq it shouldn't cost that much more prob less then i fiver it depend on how big it is
