what is the best way to straighten really curly hair??

heres my problem, I have tried time and time again to straighten my curls by first washing my hair, then drying it out with a blowdryer till its dry and frizzy. then i go over my hair with a straightening iron section by section. eand result? thick, strsight but still frizzy!! i just want it to look thin, and managable. is there a better way to do this??

try a frizz buster like citre shine serum after you wash your hair and towel dry it apply a small amount because too much will make it oily now if you have lots of hair you should section it to distribute the serum within the whole head and not concentrated in some parts ..also if you want to get rid of curly unmaneageable hair you can try a japanese straightening system..its supposed to be good for your hair,my friend did it and she hasnt looked back..

First I wnat to tell you that I like the realy curly hair so much!
but if you want to make it straight you must first wash your hair with the shmpoo (for curly hair) 5 times then put the hair condishion! when you finish go and dry your hair but you must have someone to dry your hair!when you finish drying your hair tay it then put a cream then put a scuf stay all the day with the scuf and sleep with it !the next day you will find your hair straight and so nice you have to try it!ok bye!

layers..

just get a jaw clip and put it up .. then slowly take down some hair and straighten it.. then do the same throught out you whoole head..
works good. i ave really curly hair so i have to do it.

My daughters hair is very curly i wash ity towel dry it spary hair sheen on it and section by section flat iron it. voila!
