No, but massaging the scalp helps stimulate hair growth. Natrol creates a hair, skin, nails supplement. I don't know if it caused my hair to grow faster, but my nails are longer and stronger after taking them.
One of the best ways to ensure healthy looking long hair is not to damage the hair shaft. Let it dry naturally, avoid using any harsh hair products, condition it everyday, when you brush it start from the ends and detangle slowly rather than starting from the scalp and pulling the knots out, etc.

brushing your hair upside-down can make it thicker, but i dont think there's a way to make someones hair GROW that fast. hair grows like, an inch every month. i'd say buy some of that stuff bald guys use to grow hair with. it could help i guess?

not that i know of. it took my hair a while to grow down to myy shoulder blades. good luck with growing your hair. keep it neat
