If someone is arrested for violation of bail bond, then it's unlikely that they will be regranted bail. Generally speaking, a bondsman will have revoked it for their own reasons and turned them back in. In that situation, bail will not be given again, and the suspect will be required to wait their time out in jail.

well he loses the bond and starts over in jail with the underlying charges he was first arrested for. They may or may not allow bail again, and he may or may not get a bail bondsman to put up a bond for him. If they did, I would expect a very high bond or every tight restrictions or both.

They are arrested and taken to jail. if the arrest warrant have a new bond they can posted if it doesnt have a bond they have to go in front of a judge for a first appearance and a new bond will be set by the judge.

Bail will double as per order of the court.
The origional bail is forfeit.
There is potential to re-bond if you can find a bondsman willing to take the risk.

They go to court and are not allowed another bail bond because of the flight risk.

Suck it up. You not only screwed up once, but repeated the poor judgement. You have no recourse now but to pay the piper. Hopefully, learn from this experience and don't make the same mistake again that got you to this point in the first place.

they can not bond out again and they forfite the bond that was posted they have to stay in jail until they go before the judge.

you can visit but they are not getting out untill the court date.

they go to court and not able to be considered for bail again and then the judge desides wheather or not they go back to jail
