They are right, it is confectioners sugar frosting. Recipe on most packages at the store. Since it is white you can use any color food coloring. Also, for a different taste add 1/2 c. bakers cocoa. Follow recipes until you get right consistency and you can add a tad more powdered sugar if too runny or a couple more drops of milk if too stiff. Good stuff, use it on Red Velvet Cake or just about any cake and Christmas cookies.

Powdered sugar, water and few drops of vanilla extract.
Swear try it.
Its not it exactly but you won't be able to tell the difference.
