Most of the time yes.... it's a very scary thing to know that you are potentially putting yourself in a very vulnerable situation. At least if you have some knowledge about the person, it gives you a sense of some security. I know from past experience of blind dating that it never worked out... I hope that you don't end up with the same results that I did... Peace.

well most do because we take relationships seriously and if we end up with someone we never talk to and never knew anything about we feel like we're taking a great risk that could end up in tears(for the female unless ur a loser then we wouldnt care)

Not, true. Most women perfer going on a date to actually get to know the person better. Why would you want to go w/ someone else judgment. I perfer finding out things on my own.

most girls most of the time yes,I think it would be a little weird for someone to just walk up to me randomly and ask me out,i might say yes if that guy was good looking(cuz thats all i know about him is how he looks).Some girls who just go out with guys randomly because they feel bad for them.It'd be a little weird to me but i think your chances are pretty good with a random girl.

I wouldn't think so, I mean what about chicks you meet in bars or at the store? Do they know you? or does anyone they know know you? Nope, its all you. So if you are a decent guy with a great personality it is all on you. Even with blind dates its still all on you, not who you know.

i like to know a little about someone, or at least have someone i know know something about them before i went out with them!

well, I don't think it's true, I mean we girls go on date to get to know the guy, so technically it isn't true, though most of the girls prefer to go out with someone they know.
