that sounds really dangerous. if you are really sleepless, try valerian tea or medication, its herbal, so you cant overdose. this life is great despite the fact that it can be so bitter at times, so you really should take extra care with medications.

there are no good sleeping tablets available over the counter in the UK its illegal to sell them without a prescription. you will have to settle for something herbal or find a doctor i don't know if its OK to bring them into the country but bring them with you if its allowed

Try Kalms Night they worked as well as sleeping pills for me. I take them when i can't sleep and they don't leave you with the hung over feeling that you get from sleeping pills

You could try Nytol or Nytol Herbal both can be bought over the counter, but you should try other remedies first.

instead of buying pills how about trying hypnotherapy.... u would be surprised how easy it is to relax once shown how.
