You can ...
1. Grill or pan fried some spams and fried an egg on the side. Great on with rice.
2. Cook your rice add some yummy preserved Chinese sausages.
3. Make beef, potatoe and carror stews out of your rice cooker.
4. Frozen lasagna that you can reheat in the oven.

Buy canned spams before your trip. Buy preserved sausages before your trip. Cook it ahead of time and it'll keep it warm.
Buy frozen stuff, fresh fruits, bottled water/juice, jello during your vacation if you have a refrigerator.

It's your vacation, eat out at least once during your vacation.
Ohh! I'm ready for a vacation too...

Leave the rice cooker alone. Eat out and you won't have to do the dishes. 98% no work, your mouth just works 1% chewing the food, your stomach works 1% digesting the food. Now, that's a vacation.

Make casseroles in advance and freeze in disposable pans to take with you. Easy to add a salad and bread for a meal. Make ahead sandwich fillings like chicken salad for lunch. Take some fresh fruit for snacks. Utilize the BBQ grill if they have one. Put the meat along with the marinate in a Ziploc bag and freeze to take with you so all you have to do is thaw and cook. Basically do everything you can in preparations ahead of time.
