Probably not. You are probably just sleeping on them or something. Happens to me alot also. I will wake up with one arm totally numb because I slept on it for a while. More then likely that is nothing to worry about. However, if you are sure that you are not sleeping on them, then mabye you should get it check out. Could be something like Diabetes. But doubtful.

I think it's because of the postion of your extremities. You are probably lying on them and it messes up the circulation for a while until it comes back. Why do you think you wake up with that feeling? You wake up because your body is telling you to move your arm in a better way. If you think that is not the case, see a doctor.

Its possible that you may have a pinched nerve in your shoulder or neck. This can cause some tingling in the arms and hands. Call your doctor and have them check to see if you pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve.

Are you sleeping on your arms at night because that cuts your circulation big time. try to sleep belly up and see if that helps

poor circulation. a problem if the house catches a fire and you're unable to move. a situation every human being has experienced. most people refer to it a your body part "going to sleep".
