One of my buddies has a gf. We decided to make a bet that his non-cheating streak wouldn't last. Now i wanna know if basically undessing a girl putting your hand down her shirt and letting her grab your dick is cheating. Going over the line isn't it?

HERE IT IS:
Cheating is doing (Anything) that you would hide from your Spouse/Common-Law Partner or whatever and not tell them about it knowing because you know well they would not aprove of it...thats cheating - Anything you want to hide regarding the opposite sex is cheating because you know your partner would take it as a betrayal. Talking on line/phone to the opposite sex is cheating...talking sexual is cheating, hiding things about a particular friend whom you are very interested in is cheating. I say that if you don'tt have a pattern of cheating but one day find your self wanting someone else - chances are big that you are NOT IN LOVE with the person you are with - and it's time to move on. you'de be doing both of you a large favor.
Thats my story and i'm stickin to it.

Its going over the line. Its something to break up other. But its not cheating. Wait, yes it is cheating.
When your dating, your setting yourself with that one person.So if you go and let someone else touch you, like that, it is considered cheating.
I mean, i mean...if your friends girlfriend let...lets say his brother, put his hand down her shirt and all that, he would call he a ho or something.
Its cheating. Its only not cheating, if you just dont care.

if my b.f. did that i'd dump him real quick, but i wouldnt count it cheating unless he started going out with the other chick, but going over the line yes but wen u made that bet with him u should have said that he couldnt do anything with any othe girls
