Can't get ahold of Mom right now... her recipe calls for
1 cup flour, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, chocolate chips, 1 stick of butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon Crisco, 1 teaspoon baking powder.
However, I'm sure she forgot to tell me eggs. How many should I use?

The Tollhouse Cookie Recipe that is "similar" to yours calls for 2 eggs, dear. Good luck.

I would look on the package of the chocolate chips. The Toll House recipe is the best. Your flour amount seems wrong. I think it is 2 eggs

one egg seems right to me. My recipe calls for two eggs with two and a half cups of flour...so that's what I based it on. (Yours called only for one cup flour.)
My daughter has baked with no eggs in a pinch, but used apple sauce and they turned out well.

You would be safe if you used either one or two with that recipe. The results will differ. Two eggs will make an initially puffier, but possibly drier cookie.
