i'm a smart, caring , funny down to earth woman . But no matter what i can't find a man who finds me worthy to love. Must i be a skinny twig to be deserving of love and to be considered sexy ??

thanks all for the comments .. however let me clear something up.. i'm not looking for love. i gave up on that a long time ago... and i'm not about to change who i am . i love me just the way i am. i was just asking cause i had a shallow guy tell me i would b sexy and beauiful if i were skinny so i was asking .. if thats the norm... skinny twig equals sexy and lovable... thats all... but thanks ...

and why i said can't find.. sorry .... did sound like i was looking ... i mean by saying that is... in general. men seem to be looking for a barbie doll and i was wondering why...mybad ;)

you'll find the perfect guy, but for that, you'll have to look somewhere other than your local pub. try volunteering, like at your local homeless shelter or pound or something like that. you're likely to find a nice, considerate guy volunteering there.

I don't know. I think it depends on how you present yourself and where you are looking. Also, it may depend on if you will only date within your own ethnicity or not. There are plenty of great men out there that do infact like bigger women.

Be yourself and try changing your strategy. Where have you been looking? Have you tried Church circles? Check out social events. Try joining a writer's group, or something intellectual like that.
