I know there was testimony about that at the first San Diego House hearing. There was also testimony that four of the illegally present 9/11 hijackers could have been caught if police stopping them for a traffic violation had checked their visas and detained them for visa overstays. The last was in support of local police enforcing immigration laws, since they come into contact with many illegal immigrants on a regular basis.

arab terrorists do not need to disguise themselves as mexicans in order to illegally immigrate to the US, for starters, I believe they run greater risks in posing as mexicans than as themselves (hello! minutemen and despot officers in both sides of the border pointing at their heads... not cool) besides, arab terrorists have more money to get a hold of fake passports and all, mexican immigrants usually have squat...
oh! and a little detail.. the language... Even though arabs might be able to speak a bit of spanish, the accent will tell them right off, thats a risk even among illegall immigrants, the arabs might be traded off in exchange for freedom. (even though they might not be terrorists...)

What you say is true and was a critical finding in the 911 commission report. Supporters of open boarders should spend a couple of hours and read the report. It will surely change your mind.

The administration and border control have been aware of that for years now ... several have been apprehended ... but it somehow doesn't get reported to any extent in our mainstream media .. but hey .. maybe these people only want to come here for a better life ... before they blow themselves and us up ...

Actually, the day of the attacks (Sept11),there were eight arabs caught sneaking across the border through mexico!!!!!!!!!!!! What's strange is it was only mentioned on the news, the ONE time!!!!!!!! Nothing else has been said about them!!! I've often wondered about this incident!!!!!!!!

since bush declared the border porus, they have increased 4 times larger. Hezbollah is already here they point out, but don't expect problems with them as we give them millions here...?
