i really want to get my lip pierced
i dunno why
i've just allways wanted to do it
but
my parents are insane and are telling me i can't get one solely because they both think its disgusting
they dont even have real reasons for why i cant have it besides their personal opinion
what should i do about it?
and.... im going to randomly classify it as etiquette

Yeah, they're insane because they don't want you to look like trailer trash or get an infection. Piercing is so 90's anyway.

You have to wait until you are 18 years old;then you can pay for it yourself if it's something you really want to do.
