have received va housebound award pension. would like to know what va will do If I receive social security disability

Yes! VA takes back, dollar for dollar, any money you get from anywhere.

Not necessarily. Ask your VA service rep. I don't think the VA would change your pension just because you were getting additional disability money from social security.
