It's a big mystery to me. But hey, we each identify love in different ways. What's your opinion?

It's something that happens just before you wished you didn't care what love was. It's when you feel like someone is like a part of you. And when they leave you there is a part of you that leaves with them.

The greeks used three words to describe love. Philia - Brotherly Love, Agape - Godly Love, and Eros - Erotic Love. Love is MORE than a feeling, love is a CHOICE. You choose who you love. The initial stages of attraction and maybe lust are there, but you start looking at the other qualities of a person outside of sexual gratification. You seek the whole person "in total" and love them unconditionally. Unconditional love is very difficult. It is the "for life" type of love.

I guess love can be described as both a noun and verb. To love someone can involve the amount of sacrifice you can afford in order to make that person happy. In my opinion, love in itself can be described as a passion to long or cherish something/someone in either an acute moment in time or as a continious effort. Hmm... hope this helps!

A form of dedication. When you love, you feel like staying and working, and all this. But sometimes, its like that for any relationship. Which is why Love is special.

Love is like...a dedicated addiction. You want it, you dont need it, but your pretty close to needing it, and your going to work on it. And all that jazz.

Thats why, at times its hard to leave a horrid relatinship. Love Blinds people.

I quote Johnny Hart (B.C. Cartoonist). Love: A common bond that occurs between two or more people when each thinks they have something to gain through the other's stupidity.

For me love is this euphoric feeling that overcomes a person. That no matter what happens between two people you can not bear living without the other person.
