We were told that we could expect to be mocked and ridiculed for His namesake. There are some on here, and they are not all atheists, who have had some ugly run ins with people who profess to be Christian. It is almost understandable that they harbor some resentment. There are also some who will lash out at anyone who claims to be Christian, but there are also some who are every bit as polite as any of the Christians and more polite than some of them.

As believers, we feel a necessity to give a chance for non-believers to believe. Spreading the word of God is in the job description for believers. We do tend to be judgemental, which goes against what God wants.

The Great Commission conflicts with what you just said. Read Matthew 28:18-20

Then how come you answer the questions for Christians only saying stupid things!? This question is so hypocritical because you guys do it yourselves. We both have the freedom to express yourselves. Answer our questions, but we will also answer your questions. It's only fair! Isn't it?

Stop representing the truth? Not likely! Personally, I don't respond to atheists for their own sake, but for the sake of those who might be reading (and believing) their nonsense. Why does our answering them bother you, I wonder?

I answer to get points not to get their point of view. God doesn't slack in his promises towards the sinner or unbeliever for I know they are going to Hell and my words are null and void to them yet I'm amused by their ignornance and senseless yapping! LOL

Praise God!

Well, I'll ignore their questions, (usually do anyway), if they'll quit answering religious questions.
