It's just a simple question, i would like to know the what the law says and not your opinions thank you very much.

If a non-British person wants to marry a British person in this country, they have to go back to their own country and get a special visa. If they were in this country illegally it would be hard for them to get that. They have to show that they know the person, that they have a relationship with them and are free to marry them, that it would be a genuine marriage, and that they would be able to live in this country (support themselves and have somewhere to live). They cannot get married here on an ordinary visa, let alone without one. I think there is a special permission sometimes given by the home or foreign office, but it wouldn't be given to an illegal. After they were married, they could get a resident visa for 3 years. They could work during that time, but they would not be eligible for any welfare.

There probably is no law you will probably be congratulated by the government and given a house and all the benefits you want.

I think that if you knowingly marry an illegal immigrant then you could face prison!!

you can marry them , and I hope that you get deported with them, or you can do the decent thing and report them to the proper authorities

TOTALLY ILLEGAL SO FORGET IT. WE HAVE ENOUGH IN THIS COUNTRY WITHOUT DO GOODERS DOING THEIR PART ILLEGALLY. WHOEVER IS THINKING ABOUT IT I HOPE THEY GET REPORTED AND ARRESTED
