personally i would say alcohol cos when ppl r drunk they can make prats of themselves and can get violent and i dont think cannabis is a threat though

Depends circumstances. Also, when you mean public, do you mean public health risks (potential years life lost?) or in terms oif users on the streets/pubs? One prominent ER doctor had a simple proposal to lessen the number of incidents of assaults in bars - after 10pm serve drinks in plastic glasses, then beered up prats can't push glasses into each other's faces

id say alcohol,, is more of a threat because it makes some people violent,, and cannabis, is the opposite,, it makes you chilled,,and relaxed.....

got to be alcohol you don't see many people on cannabis getting violent,mind you most people on cannabis can't be bothered to do much anyway except get the munchies.

I believe Alcohol is more of a threat. I have seen more accidents of people intoxicated by alcohol then people intoxicated by marijuana.
