Ah yes, the magic bullet. Sorry honey, but it doesn't exist. Only cutting down on calories and moving, as in exercise work. A weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week is good. Try Weight Watchers for an excellent and healthy way to lose weight.

Hoodia. Hoodia is a pill that tricks your brain into thinking that you're full. There are no side effects becuase it comes from a natural plant called hoodia (of course) that comes from South Africa. What you do is take a pill 15 minutes before you eat. Be sure to drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated and don't ever have more than 6 pills a day. I usually take two and that's it. It works like magic I swear.

The cyanide kind would be great. Once your body starts to dehydrate, you'll lose lots of weight. Rat poison would be another veritable tablet of choice. You'll be so skinny people will be able to see your bones! The word 'die' is right in the word diet, anyway. How could you go wrong?

The first point of call is to look at your diet, long and hard.
There are however, supplements that can promote weight loss.
Exercise will also play a key factor here

Don't use diet drugs, they're bad for you and rarely give desired results. Instead, eat healthier and exercise more.
