Well that depends on your viewpoint. It is very similar as far as it's genetic build, what it does to you, etc. as methamphetamine. It is like watered down meth w/out impurities. I think it shouldn't be legal, but then again that's just my opinion. As for Lithium...well that's pretty rarely used for any good purposes, but then again it can be useful sometimes.
I'd say neither have any life-saving purposes, so why not illegal-ize both.
