11 is a normal age for a boy to start 'playing with it', you shouldn't be scared about this.
As for sex, just talk to him about it, tell him that he's too young to have sex, it's only for people who are in love (or married if that is your belief).

Since he is 11 years old you had better hurry! This should have already been done. Just be truthful and let him know how much trouble he can get into and how he can ruin his life if he tries to be a grownup when he is a child.

tell him that if he had sex before just be sure to use a condom an that he dont need to do it an that he can risk getting a girl pregnant that he is just too young for that tell him he needs to wait till he is married an ready for kids

Visit a maternity ward and a nursery and/or farm with animals to start out with. Look it up in wikipedia.org together. Try some videos that are age appropriate or a little older. However old they are they want to be like the older sister, brother, cousin and see how they are behaving or not. chuckle. Little by little he could learn how to respond without offending and still not be too aloof or too the other. I like gentle giants myself who are generous with their time and attentions. My son and his wife are wonderfully happy. I wouldn't let him call people ugly names and cruel actions. As he wanted to forsake his friend at one time. I caused him to be lenient and welcome his friend back.. he thanks me to this day.
