I have had lots of different kinds of dogs..I raise chihuahuas and I love them.A dog will reflect a persons personality I think.Chihuahuas are small but will act as though they are the toughest dog in the neighborhood.They are very loving,very protective,and very loud.See,they reflect my personality to a T....lol

my favorite dogs are maltese and a silky terrier...great little dogs...no fur they have hair, so there is no mess around the house and their poop is easy to pick up in the yard...about the size of a tootsie roll. maltese is if not the gentlest dog at least one of the top two and the silky is a silly happy playful dog who loves to run around the yard. low maintenance...give them a puppy cut once a month and your good to go.
