I know, I should have paid closer attention in my guitar lessons, but I didn't. . .have a little mercy on a guy that's just trying to write the world's greatest song ever heard.

=)

Thanks!

Without any accidentals and keeping completely in the key of C, here are chords:

Major chords you can use and the most common are C, F and G
Minor chords would be Am, Dm, Em
And the seventh chord versions of all of the above can also be used.
Oh, and one more, Bmin b5

My heavens, I never have been flashed, but I did unintentionally flash a few folks once. I was in the hospital some time back and decided to take a stoll to the vending area. Well, I wasn't thinking about what I was wearing and, let's just say that those hospital gowns don't leave a lot to the imagination on the backside. The nurse came up from behind me and put a blanket over my shoulders . . . I was wondering why it was a little drafty back there!

Did you mean THE Major/Minor 7th in C?Because there only is one, G7th - or GMajor/minor 7th. It is a major chord with an added minor 7th, also know as the Dominant 7th. There are also CMM7, Dmm7, Emm7,FMM7, Amm7and B diminished 7th. This is the only true way to describe them. I've named them by triad as m or M, then named the 7th above the root as m or M. Other ways are inexact and confusing. Got that?
Oh never mind!
