I've been studying Mandarin the past few years, none of the previous answers have given you the right or full answer so here you go. What you have there is Pinyin (the romanized form of Mandarin).
An accurate pronunciation would be:
- Xin Ying
- (X = sh so it's Shin) - (Yi= yee, ng = ng in sing)
- Shin Yeeng
