should i do it or not.do i really lose weight

W.W. is an excellent program to follow. There isn't anything that you can't eat.
They have a point system and for your weight you have so many points a day to consume. It's up to you how you choose your 'point' foods.
You get all the materials you need to follow the program the day you join. It's up to you to be accountable for what you put in your mouth.
You have a 'tracker/journal' that you use to keep track of what points you use each day.
No diet is going to help, anyone, if you don't make a commitment to follow through.
You didn't put all those pounds on overnight....so don't expect to loose them quickly.
It's like anything else in life....you get out of it what you put into it!
If you need to loose weight....I'd recommend Weight Watchers.
I've tried several programs, even Weight Watcher's (a number of times).

it's going to give back whatever you are willing to put into it. a good exercise plan will help immensely as well.

nah dont do it, it costs alot. just watch what u eat and exercise. drink lots of water the flavored water tastes good.
