I hate the caps lock people. They really irritate me.

prime example:
KNOW WHAT'S HILARIOUS? WHEN DUMB @SS PEOPLE THINK THE WORLD CAME FROM NOWHERE, WHEN THEY CANT EXCEPT THAT GOD MADE IT. ITS NOT LOGICAL TO THINK ANYTHING OTHER THAN GOD MAKING THE WORLD HAPPEN. IT'S THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES SENSE TO A PERSON THAT HAS A BRAIN. EVERYTHING HAD TO HAVE A START SOMEWHERE, IT JUST DIDN'T APPEAR THERE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT.
Damn that is annoying.

It is annoying when the whole post is in caps but when used sparingly it does get noticed. It emphasis's the word and when you cap all it is harder to read.

Apparently some think it does. It makes me wonder if the person is afraid that if they type in lower caps if they won't be read.... sounds like an insecurity issue.

I don't think so. There might be a part of the question that needs to be in CAPS but not the entire question. I think it is a distraction when the entire question is in CAPS.

this question has already been addressed by oxyman42reloaded. don't you pay any attention when you are typing in questions? the box clearly tells you if there are already similar questions.
