My parrotlet is becoming a little more agressive. She is starting to pick at people. What can I do to train her to not to do that stuff.

Exactly what Bonsylar said. They are after a reaction. If it bites and you pull away, that is the reaction it want and will continue biting. Acting like it doesn't bother you will show that it is useless to bite. Gloves may help during this transition.

I also say no, and slightly blow air on their nose which they hate, and sometimes helps reserve their biting.

Quite often a bird may be a one keeper species, meaning that it will only allow one person to allow attention.

When I had my lovebird and he would bite me I would either blow on him after no or say no while holding his beak. Those are the 2 non abusive things I would do to train any bird.

Well, put some protection on your finger if you wish. Then hold it by her foot. This shows it that you want it to go out on your finger. If it bites, say no. And if she doesnt bite, say good boy/girl.

Praise and reward any behavior you want to see repeated, ignore all you don't want.
By getting upset and hitting her, you are rewarding the behavior. Negatively doesn't matter, she is getting reaction and that is all that matters to her.
